Accreditation Regulations

Application for press accreditation is subject to acceptance of the present regulations. Failure to comply will result in withdrawal of accreditation and immediate exclusion from the festival.

For all requests for professional accreditation, an administration fee of €10.00 incl. VAT will be charged. These fees must be paid once the application has been validated by the Festival.
Your accreditation will only be effective once payment has been received.

Journalists, photographers and other accredited persons agree to abide by these rules and to behave in a respectful manner towards both the artists and the public.

Accreditation is issued on a personal basis and may not be transferred to a third party without the prior agreement of a festival official.

For the well-being of the artists and the proper production of video footage, the use of flash is strictly forbidden to all accredited persons unless otherwise specified by the Festival.

Requests for interviews and photo shoots with artists must be made in advance to our press agency CARACAScom. If requests have already been accepted by the artist or agent, please also inform our press agency CARACAScom to ensure the feasibility and smooth running of the schedules.

Last-minute instructions can be provided either by our press agency CARACAScom or by the Festival. Failure to comply will result in withdrawal of accreditation.
