Under the presidency of French actress Carole Bouquet, the 9th edition of the FIFCL kicks off with the traditional opening ceremony, which sees the competing actors, directors and producers take their places in the great hall of the Forum de Liège alongside renowned guests, the public, official partners and film professionals.
Jury members will have their work cut out to decide between the short and feature-length films in the official selection.
Many other surprises will brighten up the evening!
