The Espace Pro Uhoda, located at the Hôtel de Clercx d’Aigremont (Rue Saint-Paul 27-31), is, as its name suggests, reserved for accredited professionals and journalists.

A former 18ᵉ century mansion, partly listed as a heritage site, Hôtel de Clercx d’Aigremont has stood the test of time.

Now acquired by the Uhoda Group, keen to make the building part of the urban renewal, the Hôtel de Clercx is home to the FIFCL’s Espace Pro.

Enter the world of an architectural jewel only temporarily accessible , and be among the privileged few to enjoy it for the duration of the Festival.

A multiple space

In this elegantly restored building, you can relax and/or work in peace and quiet between screenings.
You’ll also find the Accreditation Department, a press room, a networking lounge, refreshments (water and coffee are available), a bar and a catering service (the latter two at an additional cost).

Unique events

Espace Pro Uhoda is also home to a host of events, including press conferences, photo shoots, Rencontres Professionnelles, CineComedies Lab writing residency pitches, the world’s first Co-Production Market, Master Classes, and other themed events reserved for professionals, to be discovered in the course of their programming.

The aim of the residency is to support authors in the delicate development phase of their screenplays, helping them to solve problems of dramaturgy and rhythm, and to explore the various narrative possibilities.
