Kev Adams chose his path at the age of seven, when he discovered James Cameron’s film “Titanic”: he took acting lessons, castings, turned his history-geography notebook into a collection of sketches, threw himself headlong into the adventure and performed at the Olympia for the first time in 2009. He was just 18 years old.
Known for his teenage roles in the series “Soda” and in the films “Les Profs” (2013), “Fiston” (2014), “Les Profs 2” (2015), “Les Nouvelles Aventures d’Aladin” (2015) and “Alad’2” (2018), he multiplies experiences and genres, from a duet with Gad Elmaleh (2016) to dubbing animated characters (Gomez Addams in “The Addams Family”, in 2019, and Guy in “The Croods” and “The Croods 2”, in particular), as well as writing screenplays and producing films, with his company MyFamily. In 2022, he will star in Thomas Gilou’s eagerly awaited “Maison de Retraite (MDR)”, alongside Gérard Depardieu and Antoine Duléry.
We’re delighted and proud to celebrate the career, ambition and nerve of this multi-talented artist who, at the age of 30, is already cultivating the habit of lifting mountains.
Kev Adams will be present at the Forum de Liège on Friday November 5 to receive his award and inaugurate his slab on rue Pont d’Avroy. The following day, he will be invited to meet the public.
