Press accreditation is issued by CARACAScom, the festival’s press agency, and is free of charge, but is reserved for journalists who can guarantee media coverage of the Festival.
Strictly personal and non-transferable, it cannot be lent or exchanged, on pain of cancellation of access rights. Proof of employment may be required.
Your benefits :
The Pôle Média, located in Place Cathédrale, is exclusively reserved for you. You’ll find coffee and water, wifi, professional equipment, a comfortable coworking space, and the chance to organize meetings in complete confidentiality.
You can collect your accreditation from the Accreditation Department at the Espace Pro Uhoda (rue Saint-Paul 27-31), on November 5 from 12.30pm to 7pm, and from Thursday November 6 to Sunday November 9 from 9am to 7pm, on presentation of your press card.
The Uhoda Pro Area is also open to you. Here you’ll find a press room, a networking lounge, a new coworking facility, as well as a bar (with complimentary coffee and water) and appetizers (the latter two for a fee). With compulsory registration, you can also take part in conferences, masterclasses, exhibitions, signings and must-see festival events such as the Belgian comedy co-production forum, the CineComedies Lab writing residency pitches and professional meetings.
Press accreditation does not include transport, accommodation, catering or official dinners. To gain access (subject to availability) to the opening and closing ceremonies at the Forum, as well as to film screenings(competition films, special and out-of-competition screenings, documentaries and Belgian cinema screenings), you must send your request to CARACAScom. We can also provide you with links to film screenings in advance of the festival, via Belgian sellers and/or distributors.
This registration does not constitute accreditation. After our press agency has received and examined your complete application, if your accreditation is accepted, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
The application period closes on Friday, October 17, 2025. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
