FIFCL Patron is actor Lambert Wilson
From the international *Matrix* saga to the legendary role of the alchemist Nicolas Flamel, whom he portrays on screen in HBO’s new global *Harry Potter* series, and including popular comedies such as *Sur la piste du Marsupilami*, *Barbecue*, and *Palais royal!* , this brilliant actor can play absolutely any role. Honored to serve as the festival’s patron, he shares his love for the atmosphere in Liège:
“I loved the team and the spirit of the festival! I love the idea of an accessible festival, where the audience is fully present alongside the creators and performers. There’s no barrier between a ‘creative elite’ and the rest of the audience. No, here everything is done in a spirit of openness and simplicity—very Belgian.”
