Giant letters, a wonderful human adventure, and boundless creativity: the FIFCL is teaming up with students from ESA Saint-Luc Liège to bring to life a project that is as original as it is unifying!
We’d been dreaming about it for a long time: having our very own giant FIFCL letters! But there was no way we were going to settle for mere decorative letters. We wanted to go further—to come up with a creative, collaborative, and inclusive project that would be meaningful and showcase the talents of tomorrow.
That is how the idea came about to involve students from the École supérieure des arts Saint-Luc Liège, giving them true creative freedom.
A Free Hand for Youth and Creativity
Our goal was simple: to give young artists the opportunity to present their own vision, express their imagination, and turn an idea into a tangible creation that thousands of festivalgoers could see.
And to say the least, they rose to the challenge with flying colors!
Original proposals, bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and, above all, tremendous collective energy.
We are particularly proud of the selected project and the work accomplished by these passionate, ambitious, and talented young people.
From design to completion, every step reflects their creativity, dedication, and expertise. Behind these giant letters lie hours of planning, fabrication, assembly, and true teamwork.
Much more than just letters—it’s a symbol!
At FIFCL, we firmly believe that culture should also be a space for connection, knowledge-sharing, and opportunities.
Giving young talents a chance, encouraging their creativity, recognizing their work, and enabling them to participate in an international cultural event are all integral parts of our vision for the festival.
Because great adventures often begin with an idea, a chance encounter, and a leap of faith.
This project perfectly exemplifies what we are committed to promoting: a culture that is accessible, inclusive, bold, and deeply human.
