Mylène Demongeot ( “Fantomas” trilogy, “Sois belle et tais-toi”, “Camping”) presides over the International Jury for the 2019 edition, which brings together 10,458 festival-goers and features Thierry Lhermitte, Clovis Cornillac and Elie Semoun. The Golden Bull is awarded to Docteur?a French comedy directed by Tristan Séguéla, starring Michel Blanc, Hakim Jemili and Artus.
