Muriel Robin honored at Closing Ceremony

The Liège International Comedy Film Festival (FIFCL) will welcome and honor Muriel Robin on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at the Closing Ceremony of its 10th edition, to be held at the Forum de Liège at 6pm.

Winner of an Emmy Award in 2006 for her role in Christian Faure’s“Marie Besnard, l’empoisonneuse“, Muriel Robin has established herself as a key figure on the French-speaking artistic scene.

A major comedian, exceptional dramatic actress, director and author, she has built an eclectic career, between popular successes and personal commitments.

Among her most memorable roles: ” Jacqueline Sauvage ” by Yves Rénier, ” Saint-JacquesLa Mecque ” by Coline Serreau, ” Marie-Line” by Mehdi Charef, ” Les Visiteurs II: Les Couloirs du temps” by Jean-Marie Poiré, and ” On ne choisit pas sa famille” by Christian Clavier.

In a career spanning almost 45 years, she has played alongside countless geniuses of laughter and cinema, including Christian Clavier, Jean Reno, Marie-Anne Chazel, François Berléand, Jean-Pierre Darroussin, Olivier Marchal, Mélanie Bernier, Michèle Laroque, Pierre Arditi and Line Renaud.

On this occasion, the FIFCL will present him with an Honorary Golden Bull, in recognition of his entire career, both in comedy and beyond.

Muriel Robin
