Press room

The FIFCL press room is open to all accredited media wishing to hear guests, juries, professionals and film crews talk about their latest news, the films presented or panels with different themes.

It’s a lively, vibrant place where the media gather to cover the festival’s major events. The FIFCL is unique in that this is where journalists meet directors, actors and professionals from the world of cinema and comedy. At FIFCL, there’s a real closeness between press and guests, and we always do our utmost to ensure that the public is the first to know what’s going on.

Interviews follow interview, questions are asked and answers are carefully recorded to be shared with the thousands of readers, subscribers, viewers and web surfers who follow the festival.

The press room is also used for presentations of new projects and meetings with influential personalities, as well as for professional events such as the co-production forum, the CineComedies Lab writing residency pitches, the Salon des métiers du cinéma, professional meetings, and all panels with debates and exchanges.

Wifi, water and coffee, as well as materials such as pens, notebooks, flyers, festival catalogs and press kits, are available.
