André Dussollier has over 140 films to his name. We at the FIFCL have particularly fond memories of On connaît la chanson, La chambre des officiers, Les enfants du Marais, Tanguy, Attention au départ, Boîte Noire, Mauvaises herbes, Tout s’est bien passé and in 2022, Juliette dans son bain.
A prolific, elegant and unselfish actor of both stage and screen, André Dussollier has been awarded three Césars, in 1993, 1998 and 2002, as well as a Molière in 2015. In 2022, at the 7th FIFCL, we will be incredibly proud and extremely touched to present him with a Golden Bull in recognition of his career, and with a tile in his name on our Liège Walk of Fame! In collaboration with the B19 Liège-Bocholtz*, we are thrilled to be welcoming him on Saturday 4 November in the Sélys Hotel’s prestigious ball room, for a meet-and-greet open to all. This event will be followed by a televised appearance in the Festival marquee – not to be missed.
